No! The best part of the Gustafson/Chaloux wedding is having extra time to spend with close family and friends. We've turned this into a 3-Day Event!!

What time should I arrive to and leave from the ranch?

Check in: 06/20/2027 anytime after 4:00pm

Check out: 06/22/2027 12:00pm

Where is the closest Airport?

Reno/Tahoe International Airport, Reno, NV (1 hour 15 minutes from venue)

Do I need to rent a car?

Yes. OR we will possibly arrange a group transport closer to the wedding celebration.

Do I have to stay on site?

No. Although, the next closest Lodging Accommodations are a drive from the venue in the town of Greagle, Cromberg or Portola. They may be higher in price per night.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Dogs are allowed.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please let us know if you plan to stay with us no later than 04/21/2027.

Must I participate in every wedding activity?

No. Aside from the ceremony and reception, please only participate in what makes you feel comfortable.

Are there kitchens in each Cabin?

Yes! Please feel free to stop at the store on the way to check in and grab whatever yummy items you desire! Check the Main Page for Itinerary of included meals!
